The marshes on the northern coast of Inis, home to a wide variety of wildlife, including several species which are unique to the wetlands. Navigating the shallow waters of the wetlands is difficult for larger ships, and the thick plant life makes the use of sails all but impossible. The residents of Talasa use barges, long poles, and hydromancy to navigate the wetlands
