Strond hja Sol is a unique community among the cities of Kilig but also among all Ulfar. The city is built on the south-eastern shores of Kilig where the Solfylte grasslands meet the Eilc sea. The city consists of single story structures made from stone and timber with thatched roofs, with the single exception being the community hall which has a bell tower which overlooks a large courtyard. Personal and public gardens are more common than houses in this sleepy city
The island culture of this town is at odds with the industrious nature of the Ulfar. The balance of solitude and accessibility, along with the natural beauty of the town and its surroundings make it a favorite destination for traveler's in the know. The surrounding region is the only suitable land for planting vineyards. The city is the country's only producer of wines, known as “Sol Rosés”, named after the city and the region
