Description
Saffron is one of the three libarians that tend the Academy's library archives, along with her nephew Idris masri and Kami serzean, a family friend. Saffron is friendly and soft spoken. Saffron and Idris were disowned by their family for choosing the life of an archivist over the family business, and though this deeply hurt Saffron, she has since made her peace with it and found a chosen family among the staff of the Academy. She is deeply committed to the archives and the academy itself. She worries about Idris and tries to help him adjust to their exile, even going so far as to participate in the amateur Bherasque league with him despite not being nearly as passionate about it. Saffron is close with Adelai laurent and their families have a long history together
