Nae'eri was a small and relatively short lived kingdom on the continent of Craic. The Sehti'taal, as a part of their imperial expansion program during the Iron Age, put colonies on the southern end of the continent. This program was intended to impress a certain stripe of the binding community, but had an alternative side effect. The empire had trouble finding influential people willing to organize the colonization effort, and so they engaged in a massive recruitment effort. They ended up unknowingly recruiting large portions of dissidents, and they even offered pardon to prisoner's that would sign up for colonization work details
When clashes with the local Ulfar began, it was not long before the government was ousted and independence was formally declared. This kingdom represented the first mixed-species kingdom, as the humans of Sehti'taal were joined by the Ulfar. There are even reports of hybrid packs that would roam the northern wilderness
The kingdom would be recaptured after Sehti'taal had become the Jhua'nen empire. One hundred years later Jhua'nen would decide to abandon the cities due to incessant attacks by guerilla fighters. By the time of the Council of Ceilidh, Nae'eri was completely in ruin, though there were rumors of nomadic bands still living in the northern wilderness
