Chet's full name is Chetker Aimes Gallagher, a fact that he actively keeps under wraps, even going so far as to falsify his name in the Academy enrollment records. Boisterous and brimming with youthful energy, Chet is expressive, undisciplined, and always on the look out for the next thrill, which usually involves or is dependent on putting himself in considerable physical danger. Chet makes friends easily and remains fiercely (and often irrationally) loyal to friends old and new.
