This town rests near the western edge of the Flaithiuil forest, and is the westernmost city in the country of Gerth. A smaller city, Broigheall primarily as a waypoint along the western road that connects the country to the southern port of Dheas. The cities has a distinctive look with sturdy post and beam buildings topped with purple clay tiles. The tiles are dyed with local moss and the homes are whitewashed by lime found in deposits near the town.
The city is built around a central market and a modest stone fountain with a statue of the first chancellor of Gerth, Tayam Whentwer. Travellers usually stay in the Vermillion Dawn, the large tavern and inn located directly on the city square. For a quieter stay, some travellers opt to stay at the Desert Elk, a secluded lodge located outside the city
