Toghmall lies in the foothills of the Kamardikan mountains, on the southern face overlooking the Oscailte prairie. The city is built around the natural springs which serve as the headwaters for the Ular river. The city's industry focuses primarily on mining, though the city is better known for its long running social experiments, testing out alternative organization methods of governance and laws.
