Feigel is the youngest of Saor's sacred groves, planted in 1007 CE when the previous Elder baumeni passed away. The grove consists primarily of large fig trees with great, reaching branches

The groves are an important cultural fixture in Baumeni society, serving as a destination for pilgrimage, a shelter in time of need. Many baumeni travel to the grove to meditate and commune with the ancient spirit within the grove. Visiting all four of the groves in order is a rite of passage for young baumeni once they are old enough to understand the visions experienced when communing with the great trees

The visions experienced when communing with the trees of the grove are considerably different from the other groves. Normally, the visions are structured and coherent, and visitors experience the same visions, more or less. The visions of the Feigel grove are unstructured, though not chaotic. Visitors see random memories from the Elder's life, often in no particular chronological order. Over time, the visions have become slightly less random, present day visitors experience a common set of memories which comprises half of what is seen. The visions teach the young baumeni about more recent historical events from the Second Age

One in one hundred visitors will experience visions for which there is no known correlation. It is believed that these visions are of the future, and a small group of baumeni live in the grove and commune with the trees daily, recording their experiences in hopes of better understanding these visions
