Daughter to Ursula dannongrey and the late Trenton dannongrey, Ester helps her mother run the Academy Refectory, mostly with recipe creation, meal planning, and keeping the Refectory in decent repair. In her spare time, Ester obsesses over binding stones and their practical uses around the Refectory. Though expressely forbidden, Ester is constantly trying them out in secret. Most of the time they work out well and no one notices, but occasionally they cause quite a mess, for which she is constantly being scolded by her mother
