After the planet was sundered and Briste broke off of the planet to linger in its skies, the ocean drained into the rend left by the floating continent. This created three seas out of the single ocean that existed before the sundering. Treas is the sea left in the western continental shelf, which slowly flows into the [[Tarach Sea]]
