Riasc is built on the border between the southern salt flats and the [[Bhakabi Forest]]. While this city resides within Yuanen's borders, it has no practical ties to the rest of the country. Riasc's population is mostly [[Baumeni]], with a smaller group of [[Humans]]

The city itself is built around the stalks of the giant mushrooms, using the the stalks to support cultivated, living structures. The citizens make heavy use of the forest's natural bio-luminescence, gathering and cultivating the plants to light the city in an array of soft colors. The city, much like the surrounding area is extremely isolated from the outside world. Few from the area venture out into the world, and many actively build the rumors that the forest is cursed. Some even go so far as to stage frightening events for any expeditions into the forest's interior
