This small city is built upon the edge of the cliffs overlooking the [[Mhor Canyon]], cut out of the Reithan plains by the [[River Faa]]. The city engages in light agriculture to sustain its people but mostly functions as a lookout to keep watch over the canyon, and as a waystation for travelers wishing to make the journey across the expansive canyon

Airborne scouts use gliders to patrol the canyon road, riding the swift currents of warm air that constantly swirl through the canyon, flowing in from the desert before being pulled up toward the [[Sliabh Mountains]]. These patrols work in cooperation with their [[Koraha|Korahan]] counterparts in the city of [[Pakohu]] on the far side of the canyon. While [[Meannan]] is the official liason between [[Koraha]] and [[Reithe]], these two sister cities have a natural bond in their love for the canyon and its well being. This bond is vital to relations between the two nations
