Delbae is the Sura of beauty, transformation, and seduction. According to rumor, simply looking into her eyes is enough to hypnotize the strongest willed mortal. This is exaggeration, but Delbae's powers of persuasion and seduction are formidable, effective even on her peers. When pressure is needed, she is famous for using a large hourglass filled with cut amethysts instead of sand, which sparkle maginficently as they fall through the glass

When appearing as a Nagari, she has a medium build, gold eyes, and indigo or red scales, depending on her mood. When appearing as a Human, she has a medium build, medium skin, golden hair, and bright purple eyes. In both forms, she wears silks of varying colors and is well adorned with golden jewelry hanging off piercings across her body.
