When rolling an [[abilities|ability check]] against a player or NPC, you roll: 

**Attacker**: //Base Attack Bonus + Attribute Bonus + 3d6//\\

The table below allows you to see what the chances are of winning this roll as the attacker, depending on how much higher or lower your combined bonuses are (Base Attack Bonus and Attribute Bonus)

**Example**:\\

You are the attacker and you want to roll an opposed strength check against a target defender: \\

Your Base Attack Bonus is 3 and your Strength Modifier is 4\\
Your target's Base Defense Bonus is 3 and it's Strength Modifier is 2\\

Thus, your combined bonus is 2 higher than your opponent's bonus, so your odds of winning the check are
